This is one of the biggest water service funds in China at present.
This fund was established in March 2009, owned by Chinese government and some international investors, focus on China water service market, especially in China main cities and west of China.
Now, they are looking for interesting investment opportunities and open to negotiate with some potential partners.
One of our clients (a very famous pharmaceutical company in China) has a new factory producing subunit influenza vaccine in Tianjin (one of main cities in China). In this factory, they need very large numbers of SPF (Specific Pathogen Free) eggs as material. For now, they buy this material from other Chinese producers. But the resource of material is very limited in China, and the quality is dissatisfied. So they want to build a new plant to produce SPF egg. As they know, the technology and management of this plant is too complex for them, they want to find a partner overseas to help them operate and manage this plant. The products of this plant will be sold to not only my client’s factory, but also other vaccine factories allover China.

Be entrusted of one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced wine producer to build a wine chateau in ChangLi city in HeBei province of China.
To find a well-know international wine producer cooperator. Our client has rich experience in Chinese white spirits industry, but now, they plan to enter wine industry. Therefore, they have bought a piece of land which located in ChangLi City where is one of the main grape growing district in China, and plan to build a wine Chateau to produce exclusive wine and will sell the produces to Chinese high-level market. The total investment of this project is about 37-44 million USD, the rate of investing and share holding can be negotiated.

Be entrusted by one of our clients, we are looking for a hotel group to build a conference hotel in Tianjin city.
To build a hotel as cooperation. The cooperator shall be a famous hotel group with well-know brand and rich experience. Our client has a piece of land which is about 10 hectare, in where there are two operating conference buildings at present. The client plan to build up a brand new hotel between the two conference buildings in order to merge them together as a big conference hotel center. The client want to invest their land, extant buildings and a part of capital in cash in this project, expecting the cooperator invest the other part of capital in cash in this project and then manage this complex together. The total investment evaluated by our client will be around 99 millions USD, and the potential cooperator is expected to invest about 30% of it in this project.
