SPF egg project
One of our clients (a very famous pharmaceutical company in China) has a new factory producing subunit influenza vaccine in Tianjin (one of main cities in China). In this factory, they need very large numbers of SPF (Specific Pathogen Free) eggs as material. For now, they buy this material from other Chinese producers. But the resource of material is very limited in China, and the quality is dissatisfied. So they want to build a new plant to produce SPF egg. As they know, the technology and management of this plant is too complex for them, they want to find a partner overseas to help them operate and manage this plant. The products of this plant will be sold to not only my client’s factory, but also other vaccine factories allover China.
The cooperating mode maybe:
- To find an experienced company to establish a JV. My client will invest of capital and land. The partner will be just like a manager or advisor. Certainly if the partner would like to invest of capital, it is no problem for my client.
- To buy an existing SPF egg plant in order to obtain machine and facility, technology and management team.
