Looking for a hotel group to build a conference hotel in Tianjin city
Be entrusted by one of our clients, we are looking for a hotel group to build a conference hotel in Tianjin city.
To build a hotel as cooperation. The cooperator shall be a famous hotel group with well-know brand and rich experience. Our client has a piece of land which is about 10 hectare, in where there are two operating conference buildings at present. The client plan to build up a brand new hotel between the two conference buildings in order to merge them together as a big conference hotel center. The client want to invest their land, extant buildings and a part of capital in cash in this project, expecting the cooperator invest the other part of capital in cash in this project and then manage this complex together. The total investment evaluated by our client will be around 99 millions USD, and the potential cooperator is expected to invest about 30% of it in this project.
